Like our venison & pork burger this sausage is virtually all meat, just a touch of seasoning and preservative. Which makes it ideal for those looking for a really meaty sausage as well as those needing gluten-free.  We produce it as a ring along the lines of the traditional Cumberland Sausage rather than linking the sausage so there's no confusion when we're producing, packing or selling the sausage.  Pack sizes vary from 250gm to 650gm.
