Venison steak wrapped around our traditional Cumberland sausage meat, our Venison Olives have become a popular new product line at the farmers markets we attend. Our suggested cooking guidelines are to braise them for 45 minutes to an hour in either stock, soup or a sauce, keeping them covered so the meat doesn't become dry. Customer feedback is that there great braised in anything from mushroom soup to ratatouille! Packed in 4's.
