An easy venison roast from the haunch (leg), tender and like roast beef great cold as well as hot.  Can be roasted quickly or slowly and can be eaten rare to well done, however if cooking 'well done' do provide some protection to stop the venison drying out.   The 350-700gm sizes serve 2-3 whilst the 900-1100gm venison haunch joint will serve 4-5. Please check with us for availability of the larger joints, we can supply boned and rolled haunch joints up to 2kg, but not all the time.
