Venison Fillet Steak

The tenderest venison steak, ideal for roasting quickly or pan-frying. Supplied as a half (140-200gm) or full venison fillet (250-400gm).  If roasting they need only 10 minutes or so in a hot oven, if frying about 3 minutes either side in a hot pan, then rest for 5 minutes before serving.
