These venison burgers are all meat, with the exception of a tiny amount of seasoning, herbs and a touch of preservative. We classify them as 98% meat content in the ratio of 80% venison and 20% pork. A very tasty meaty burger whether you need the gluten-free alternative or not.  

Each burger is hand pressed and weighs a minimum of 115gm. Great on the barbecue, griddle or for frying.  Because there's little fat venison burgers can take a little longer to cook than beef burgers
