The classic roast, on the bone for added flavour, trimmed and the chine bone removed and prepared by our butcher so the bone is easily removed after cooking and carving is straightforward. Tender well marbled meat, excellent flavour and a good fat cover to cook the meat just right. Available as 2,3 or 4 ribs, 2 ribs is around 1.5kg.
