One of the the prime beef roasting joints, marbled and with good fat cover. As a rule these are rolled and tied. but if you prefer it as a flat piece please let us know.  Joints can be cut any size from 450gm to 3.5kg, if the size you require is not listed please call us, or email, in all cases you will be charged on the actual weight of the meat despatched, not on the guide price listed.
